Are you obliged to provide personal data?

Seeds of Talent will only request the data strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. If the data is not provided, the requested service cannot be delivered.

How long will your data be retained?

Personal data provided and obtained during the relationship between the individual and Seeds of Talent will be retained for a maximum period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest, or as required by law, in which case the data will be blocked and deleted when no longer necessary.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

In compliance with Article 6.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the legal basis for processing your data is:

  • The individual has given consent for one or more specific purposes, and/or
